The workshop will be held at the Menger Hotel, located at 204 Alamo Plaza in San Antonio. The hotel has extended a room rate of $126 (single/double) through January 5, 2022 or until the room block is sold out. The hotel offers valet only overnight parking at the discounted rate of $15 plus tax per day with in/out privileges, or view the map of nearby self-parking lots hereSpecial Note for Arrival – Due to the ongoing Alamo Restoration, all arriving and departing guests should use the temporary valet parking entrance located at the front of the hotel on Alamo Plaza. Registration Fee
Online/By Mail: $175
Non-member: $195

The registration fee includes online access to handouts, lite continental breakfast, and buffet lunch. Due to limited seating, this workshop is open to registered attendees only and not guests. If special circumstances require bringing a guest, please contact us at cheryl@tml.org to discuss space availability and pricing.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if your request for cancellation is emailed to cheryl@tml.org by January 5. No refunds or will be allowed after January 5. Substitutions are always welcome.Transfers are not permitted.

Confirmations will be emailed if you provided an email address. Name badges will be available onsite and must be worn at all times.

Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI)

Dress Code
Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort as meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
